Krystelis was founded in 2022 by Dr Pooja Phogat and Dr Stuart Donald, pharmaceutical industry executives with decades of experience gained within pharma companies and service delivery organisations.
Their vision is for Krystelis to become a leading provider of high-quality, cost-effective services to the global life sciences industry. They are equally enthusiastic about exceeding the expectations of their clients and employees. Pooja and Stuart constantly strive to ensure that Krystelis is not only great to work with, but also a great place to work.
Dr. Pooja Phogat

Dr. Pooja Phogat

CO FOUNDER AND CO-CEO
Pooja holds a First-Class Honours degree and a PhD in Microbiology. Her experience spans academic research and operational, management, and business development positions in organisations delivering services to the pharmaceutical industry worldwide, including leadership at board level. She is a globally recognised subject matter expert in the field of medical writing and clinical trial transparency.

Pooja is driven professionally to build services that exceed client expectations and to deliver these services through a high level of customer focus and collaboration.

Pooja lives in Delhi, India. She has a passion for traveling and experiencing diverse cultures. She enjoys experimenting with cooking dishes from various global cuisines. To stay fit, she practices yoga regularly and enjoys walking.

Pooja is responsible for Krystelis' growth strategy.

Dr. Stuart Donald

Dr. Stuart Donald

CO FOUNDER AND CO-CEO
Stuart holds a First-Class Honours degree in Pharmacology and a PhD in Cardiovascular Pharmacology. His extensive experience in the UK and USA spans academic research, pharmaceutical project and portfolio management, management consultancy, and executive roles in contract research organisations, reaching board level.

Stuart is passionate about building environments where individuals and teams can thrive and achieve their full potential.

Residing near Reading, UK, Stuart also supports his local community as a volunteer and trustee of Ridgeline Trust, a local charity that provides social and therapeutic horticulture for people facing mental or physical health challenges and other special needs. Shalini Dwivedi

Shalini Dwivedi

HEAD OF MEDICAL WRITING AND TRIAL TRANSPARENCY
Shalini holds a First-Class Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, with a specialisation in Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry. Shalini has expertise in regulatory, disclosure, and publication writing and in training clinical research professionals in various aspects of clinical research.

Shalini is passionate about clinical research data integrity and ethics. She is recognised within the industry as a subject matter expert for the redaction and anonymisation of clinical trial documents.

Shalini lives in Gurugram, India. She is a classical music enthusiast and a vocalist in MPGM Music Academy projects (www.mpgmmusic.com).

Shalini writes poetry in Hindi, and many of her poems have been composed as classical songs.

At Krystelis, Shalini is focused on operational delivery of Medical Writing and Clinical Trial Transparency projects, resourcing, and people management.

Vidhi Vashisht

HEAD OF PLAIN LANGUAGE SERVICES
Vidhi holds a First-Class Master's degree in Pharmacy, specialising in Medicinal Chemistry, and is a gold medallist. Vidhi has spent more than a decade working in clinical research and has expertise in clinical trial transparency and plain language writing. She has a deep understanding of clinical trial regulations. Vidhi's strengths include ensuring excellence in project delivery and people management.

Vidhi is passionate about patient communication and patient engagement and creating a positive and thriving environment for Krystelis teams. She is a recognized subject matter expert on plain language communications and regularly speaks and publishes on global platforms.

Vidhi lives in Gurugram, India. When not at work, she is engaged in reading, writing, and gardening. She is also a Kathak dancer and a Hindustani music (vocal) enthusiast.
